• Attending AMC / CAMC visits
• Providing services for chillers under warranty
• Attending trouble shooting and breakdown calls for chillers
• Supervision of Chiller unloading, installation & commissioning
• Achieve targets for Spares and Service business
• Follow-up to recover outstanding payments
• Providing training to customer’s O & M team, handing over of chiller to Customer after commissioning
• Generating inquiries for spares and Value Added Product
• Arranging suitable vendors / contractors for chiller erection / shut down jobs, if required
• Technical support / solutions to customers
• Increase customer satisfaction levels
• Collection of TDS, C-Forms and other documents from Customers as and when required

Qualification :

• We would prefer ITI (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) OR Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical).
