Job Description

  • 1. Develop understanding of products, customer base, product key highlights and USPs / promotion points.
  • 2. Market analysis; devise marketing strategies for the Company / verticals / segments to be focused upon.
  • 3. Improve visibility to establish Kirloskar Chillers within the verticals focused upon – HVAC consultants, various Industry sectors, Institutional customers, etc.
  • 4. Approval of make, vendor registration process.
  • 5. Promotional activity: Advertising, EDMs, product bulletins, product presentations, product launches, seminars, exhibitions & other events, installation references, and testimonials etc.
  • 6. MARCOM – designing, creation and updating of creatives, collaterals, promotional brochures, catalogs, website, technical articles, presentations, guide specifications, IOM manuals, newsletters, corporate gifts, calendars, displays, digital marketing & social media.
  • 7. Database – create structured database for all customer & consultant contacts, maintain & update them regularly.
  • 8. Build & maintain database for competitors’ product information and create USP’s for our products based on this information.
  • 9. Establish internal branding & brand building within the organization.
  • 10. Adherence to CIM in all documents and visual imagery.
  • 11. Support to Export & overseas distributors for marketing & promotion activities.
  • 12. Coordination of customer / consultant visits to factory.
  • 13. Organization & coordination of Sales Meets, AOP Meetings, vendor meets, etc.
  • 14. Coordination required for conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • 15. Maintenance of QMS systems and related documentation.
  • 16. New products / new market strategies.
